Do you need a simple, reliable template for regular or occasional invoicing? Download our current template for the year 2022 in XLS format (Microsoft Excel – part of the Microsoft Office package).

The invoice contains all the essentials and it is up to you how you use it further. If you are a VAT payer, you must also fill in the VAT ID number and the tax amount of the individual items and the entire invoice.

If you are not a VAT payer, you will state the invoice without the amount of VAT. Even if it is not necessary, we recommend adding this fact as a note anywhere on the invoice. Your clients will thus transparently know your tax status.

The invoice is also prepared for cross-border invoicing within the EU and outside it. The downloaded template is also available in Slovak and English.
